Imagine this full Peruvian girl in your pasture! She has the right combination of stellar conformation, a very high luster fleece with defined locks and a color combination that is sure to turn heads wherever she goes. Add some exciting possibilities for color to your breeding program, as Odyssey has hints of grey on her head. Odyssey would be shown in medium fawn color classes because of her shining solid copper colored blanket.

Odyssey’s dam, Madam X, is a 2Peruvian Aldo daughter and producer of high luster, color crias when bred to colored sires. She’s a show winner, too! Madam X was awarded Reserve Color Champion – White Yearling at the highly competitive 1999 AAA Futurity. Odyssey’s sire, Bourbon, is the product of two dark fawn imports and has shown with Odyssey that he can pull the dark color from white dams. Bourbon is an AAA Futurity show winner himself, and his 2005 crias won numerous awards in the show ring.

Odyssey comes bred to WRSR Peruvian Navajo Gold, our co-owned, 3/4 Accoyo, light fawn Champion with beautiful luster, curl and conformation. Navajo has produced tall crias all with beautiful curl, luster and of course, his signature “easy-going” temperament.
