WRSR Peruvian Amorena's Legacy - 3/4 Accoyo

ARI #849468

$8,000

Color:   White/Fawn Multi     Born:  9/21/03

   AFD=19.4 micron    SD=5.0 micron

High luster, a "greasy fleece", and beautiful proportions will make Legacy a great herd sire. Note the typey head with the short nose like his sire, WRSR Accoyo Razor, and the well-balanced, heavy boned proportions. Legacy sheared 3.7 lbs. of fleece at 8.5 months - quite a bit for a tui fleece. His fleece is coming back with tremendous curl and bright luster.

If you're looking for color, Legacy has medium fawn spots showing against his brilliant white fleece. His spots are located on his right shoulder, his legs, and near his tail. He is just shy of meeting the AOBA rules to compete in a "multi" class, so he has been shown in white male classes. This is an opportunity to add the qualities of high luster white fleeces to your colored females to produce high luster, greasy-feeling fleeced color crias.

His dam, WRSR Peruvian Amorena (pronounced "A-mor-ree'-na"), is a beautiful strong-boned 1/2 Accoyo Suri female out of 4Peruvian Sargento, a medium fawn sire, and beige Accoyo dam, 4Peruvian Tafetan de Vainille. She has tremendous coverage and fineness, as well as being well-proportioned. Her coloring is similar to her dam - a pattern of light fawn markings over white resembling a true peach color! She has very large, dark eyes that make your heart melt. Her straight legs, strong bone and showy stance create beautiful upright showy crias with correct conformation and fleece you'd be proud to add to any breeding program.  Her show winnings include:

        2001 MaPaca Jubilee - 1st Place Fleece
        2000 MaPaca Jubilee - 1st Place Beige Females
        1999 Great Frederick Fair - 1st Place White/Light

His sire, WRSR Accoyo Razor, started out his career being awarded Reserve Color Champion at the 2001 MaPaca Jubilee at only 6 months and 2 days of age! He was awarded Color Champion against very tough competition at the 2002 Kentucky Classic, and was again awarded Color Champion at the 2002 MaPaca Jubilee, the world's largest alpaca show. Razor is a 3/4 Accoyo light fawn male with near perfect conformation. He proudly exhibits a small muzzle on his very typey head, a straight topline, and substantial bone. His conformation is only topped by his very fine fiber of 20.4 microns, tight lock structure to the skin, and blinding luster. He has tremendous density, shearing 10.9 lb. annual fleece weight! Razor is the son of Peruvian Baccarat (Accoyo), the 2001 MaPaca Jubilee "Get of Sire" winner.
